Mr. Robert F. Colunga - President

A local business owner Mr. Colunga is a native of San Antonio and a veteran of the Desert Storm - U.S. Navy. He is involved in a variety of areas in the political arena in Bexar County, from working on local campaigns and involvement in state wide and national races.

A husband and father of two, Robert is the Precinct Chair for Precinct 3052 and is a life long Republican. Robert was also the past V.P. of Membership in 2006 and has been President of the club since 2008

VP-Communications - Mr. Marc Smith

Marc Smith is the precinct chair for Precinct 3121 in the Stone Oak area.  Marc was pleased to represent the precinct at the 2006 Republican Party of Texas State Convention.  He has been a life-long Republican going back to the election of 1972.

Marc is very active in other community organizations having served on the Champions Run Homeowners Association board and the District Nine Neighborhood Alliance.  He has had a 45-year relationship with the Boy Scouts of America most recently serving as scoutmaster of Troop 650, district commissioner for the northern Bexar County area, and currently as lodge adviser for the Alamo Area Council.  Marc offered his time and skills in an unsuccessful run for the NEISD Board of Trustees in 2004.
